Comment Faulty Causes And Treatment

1	The power indicator light is off	The balancer does not supply power normally	Check whether the power pin on the connector is connected to the power supply.
2	The APP cannot search for the device	The APP is far away from the device	It is advisable to keep the distance range around 2~3m
3	The APP prompts that the number of cell settings does not match the set value	The number of cell settings is wrong or the connection of the balance line is abnormal	Check whether the number of cells settings is the same as the number of connected batteries.
4	The APP prompts that the resistance of the balance line is too large	The line resistance from the battery to the connector is too large	Check whether there is poor contact between the battery monomer and the connector, otherwise please replace the wire.
